Rüsselsheim, May 31, 2005 – The management of Hyundai Motor Company today informed that Mr. Werner H. Frey, Vice President of Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH, is going to resign from office in mutual agreement with effect from May 31, 2005.

The management and staff of Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH thank Mr. Frey for his commitment to grow the Hyundai brand in Europe.
